Our Books

the lie we call SPRING

It is a tale about the perpetual endurance of Canadian winters and the optimism and disillusionment of a season we call spring. In this vintage inspired story, a family eagerly awaits the warmth of spring only to find winter returning inopportunely. Led by an over-enthusiastic father, the children catch his contagious spirit and recklessly seize the day in complete denial of spring's fleeting appearances. The book is illustrated by a truly incredible artist, Maria Angelica Guerrero. Illustrations are hand-painted and created with the whimsy and nostalgia of childhood.
